2 ★Unable to load/display the charging points current fee. Loading times between all screens in the app are abysmal. Nearly unusable in its current state

1 ★!!!! DON'T USE !!!!! Worse app and service ever experienced. They withdraw you a prepaid amount (48€) and only after that tell you that the charger is out of order. I even tried multiple chargers as it can happen that one is not working, but out of 14, none worked. "Powered by Engie", better be better and not waste your time here.
