Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

4 ★pretty great but one obvious improvement would be having the correct answers not be limited to the natural notes (e.g., have F#m be a possible correct answer). ##### Thanks for your reply. Yes, I see that in Settings > Accidentals you can select "Naturals", "Sharps", "Flats" as a radio button. If this could be a checkbox selection instead of radio, this app would be perfect.
3 ★Good for learning the tones, bought the full 6string guitar. The stats however are very incomplete and playing is not much fun because you dont have anything to comete with, no goals (nothing for example like play 50 tones within a minute or play 50 tones and the system will record your time). So all in all: quite useful but a bit boring.
4 ★Great trainer. Works really well. Would be nice if it had a timer, play for x minutes and compare your score against previous goes. Maybe a graph showing your progress over the last few days.
2 ★The trainer to help you learn the notes on the page to the fretboard is not accurate!! The bottom line is E but you get a wrong answer if you hit the E note on the fretboard, the correct answer is F according to it. That's not the only wrong note! It is hard to navigate also. Uninstall, moving on. Oh, the fretboard is small, very hard to hit the notes.
4 ★Great way to learn scales and musical notation. Would be 5 stars if the fretboard on the "staff and fretboard" game was wider. It is really hard to click and there's a good amount of unused space around the fret.
5 ★The best-designed UI of any Android app I have used. Clean, attractive, intuitive. It makes learning the fretboard enjoyable. The Scales games look great as well. Definitely a strong app (!) and well worth the price.
4 ★The app does help understand the fretboard better. The games are fun. It would be nice to be able to play the identity the notes on the entire fretboard not just the upper 3 frets. Nonetheless, it is a good start for a beginner like me.
5 ★Great app, just a few minutes a day has been extraordinarily helpful learning what notes are where on fretboard! It's been two weeks and already I've become some much faster moving barre chords around. Totally recommend it!
4 ★Seems a very good app, have just unlocked on both IOS and Android. Like Brad mentioned in another review the timer is going to annoy me though, just used the app for less than 5 minutes and in the stats say i've been using it for 57 mins... it must be counting idle time too. 😞
5 ★Great tool! I especially like the interval game. My only gripe is that the timer keeps running when in the settings/stat screen, or when the app is not in focus.
4 ★I have looked at several similar apps and I really like the functionality and simplicity of this application. The interface is very well laid out and there are several different games although the main one I use is guess the random notes.
4 ★Well done and useful app. Feature requests : - for answers : other note names buttons arrangements (CDEFGAB, CDbDEb...) and/or keyboard - note names in other formats (DoReMiFaSolLaTi, DoReMiFaSolLaSi, CDEFGAH...) - A vertical screen mode (note names at the bottom) Great anyway, thanks !
