It features live tracking of all participants, social media integration, interactive course maps, photo filters/tags, and all information you need to navigate Birkie events.The American Birkebeiner Ski Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in 1984 with the mission of hosting the premier cross country ski race in the world, maintaining one of the nation’s premier recreation trails, and promoting healthy lifestyles for people of all ages. In addition to hosting the flagship race, the American Birkebeiner, and the associated races, Kortelopet and Prince Haakon, the foundation also hosts a Trail Run Festival, the world's largest Fat Bike race, and numerous other endurance events year round.
