عرض الأكتاف : يقاس بالمسافة بين الكتفين.
محيط الكم : يقاس بثلاث نقاط، محيط الكم من أعلى، وعند المفصل، وعند الرسخ.
طول الكم : يبدأ من أول الكتف إلى الطول المرغوب.
محيط الفخذ : ويؤخذ بلف شريط القياس حول الفخذ، يستخدم قياس الفخذ عند عمل السراويل.
محيط الفخذين : يؤخذ محيط الفخذيب بلف شريط القياس حول الفخذين معا، وتستخدم هذه الطريقة عند عمل تنورة ضيقة عند منطقة الفخذين.
