Cybersecurity has taken a very prominent place in organisations’ thoughts and actions. This is attributed to the rapid technological and connectivity advancements and on the flip side, the ever growing threats to disrupt and exploit organisations’ impetus on embracing these advancements. As such, in this disruptive age, organisations may struggle to put in place the right level of governance, management and assurance practices to protect themselves from intentional attacks, breaches and incidents.This CIAG Conference will feature many point of views from esteemed subject matter experts in various plenaries, panel and mini workshop/masterclass which include cybersecurity, governance, IT risk management and assurance topics. A post conference workshop is also scheduled on 16th May with a focus on Big Data Analytics. The main conference on 14th May will feature the keynote address, plenary and interactive point of view & panel discussion session, while 15th May conference day will be split into business / management and technical classes covering the latest development on cybersecurity, IT governance, continuity management and assurance. These classes are designed to provide ‘live’ practical experiences and will cover the latest ISACA research and literature such as the Cyber Security Nexus program and COBIT5 framework. This Conference will be fully electronic i.e. conference delegates can leverage on the conference mobile app to stay in tune with the plenary speakers, conference schedules, provide feedback as well as get the presentation and sponsors materialsThe CIAG 2018 mobile application is powered by Konfx platform (http://www.konfx.io).
