The business risk app provides a platform to understand, assess and communicate around key business risks and opportunities an organisation faces as it seeks to develop and deliver strategy. The suite of risks covered will build over time, but we have started with culture and GDPR, recognising that people risk, culture and data are strategic assets for all organisations and typically represent key enablers or blockers of strategy. In addition to surveys, the app will provide content and thought leadership on emerging issues and practice.The app provides insight to your firm’s risk profile based on the views of employees and senior management. It allows you to focus your initiative, audits and process/control improvements more effectively. Targeted at business leaders, the app enables you to view Grant Thornton generated employee surveys in your organisation, sent out on risk-based topics such as culture and GDPR, with results easily viewed via an iPhone or android mobile device. The app allows for easy comparison of the collective views of senior leaders against those of a broader cross section of employees. In addition, as our database builds, you will be able to view benchmark data to help you understand how you compare to other organisations.
