1 ★I emailed your company a week ago about 2 issues. My i200C computer, purchased in 2021, will not establish a link with my Samsung S21 phone, and my previous dive data from 2021, which was in DiverLog, is now missing. No one has contacted me about either issue. I am going on another trip to Belize and I wanted to have these issues resolved. But your lack of communication is telling me that I should buy another computer and toss this piece of junk, since you apparently don't want to help me.
1 ★Unable to update firmware in our VEO 4.0 computers, the shop has approximately 36 that are asking for an update. The problem we're having is its timing out after completely downloading.The update then has an arrow code.You hit OK and it shuts off the computer.Please explain we need to update our computers.

1 ★I hardly ever give such a bad review. I recently purchased an Apeks DSX and cannot figure out how to upload the Info or the Welcome screen image. I have tested with any image size and format (png, jpg, bmp) .. Is this a bug? I am using an Android phone - Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. Not sure where one can also get help... Updated.. October 23, 2024- problem still exists. No resolution yet.
1 ★App works ok. I have a pod on my deco cylinder. The i770r records the switch when I change cylinders and shows the separate cylinders in the profile however does not show the air usage on the cylinder 2 and records the dive time as the whole dive time which then messes the SAC rate up when you enter the air start and finish pressures manually. It took 6 months to fix this issue. Changed DC to Apeks DSX for tec diving and problem is even worse. Doesn't upload information to cloud correctly.
2 ★The sync between my i330R and my Pixel 6 Pro always takes about 13 tries. I must start a Bluetooth sync between the two devices and wait 30 seconds for it to show 0 progress, then force quit the app and try again. It will generally work 1/13 of the times I do this process and the dives will be available for download within 10 seconds of starting the sync. UI - wise, it would be nice to be able to customize the summary data shown on the list view of my dive log.
