3 ★The iOS version (used on our iPads at work) for the most part is just fine, with occasional glitches here and there. The Android version for my Pixel 9 Pro (and previously on my Pixel 6 Pro) has not let me get past the login screen for MONTHS. I enter my email and it just spins saying it's loading forever, so I end up using my phone's hotspot to sign a customer out with the iPad if I'm doing a remote delivery. Over the summer I had no issues, but now the app is a waste of space on my phone.

But once again this week 4/24 I'm being disappointed fuel level is not accurate on our loaner cars which takes a lot of time.we have to go double check the fuel level. Not good when customers have to get to work and you have a line of people waiting to get into you We are being told that the fix won't be until next week. I guess this is why we pay so much money to always have issues.

1 ★The last two updates have been really bad for iOS and Android. I use both at work and the updates were far below standard. When trying to look for a customer either by name or phone number it starts looking for them well before you're finished typing in the information. It takes about 4 or 5 tries to finally find a customer. Old clients can't be found either. You have to enter them as new ones. It's not very fast or intuitive.

1 ★Hardly usable after the update, when going to check in a car you will see all of your disposed vehicles and will have to scroll through till you find the correct one. When doing a contract with your customer now you have to select each individual photo to add if you practice a walk around. It is painfully time consuming especially for Range Rover Customers. Predictive search is no longer a function either if you're typing in a customer name or vehicle. Small but still very helpful tool..
