These are the icons from my Cyanogenmod Theme that has been out for years.
Theme Colors: Primary: #866d37 Med: #625027 Dark: #44381c
This Icon Pack uses the built in ability of launchers to theme all icons,
some specialized icons are included that improve on some apps icons.
There are also some Wallpaper images that you can install if you like
