Please note that some devices does not allow to record calls two-way or record sound of both side.
If Default encoding format not works properly You can change to AMR, WAV, 3GPP, MP4, MPEG audio encoding format.

Default voice quality is 16kHz (normal), you can change to 32khz, 41khz from Quality options
