SEGURIDAD: Al confirmar la carrera, recibes la información del vehículo y del conductor que te recogerá.
COMUNICACIÓN: Contáctate con el conductor o con el callcenter a través de nuestra plataforma de chat y llamadas.
Al finalizar la carrera, califícala y permítenos optimizar el servicio. En caso de tener algún problema, podrás realizar una denuncia.
