1 ★Very third class service,Dont buy any thing from this app, my order is reached its final delivery center from last 7 days but still there is not delivered and getting no udates. Called toll free number they are just giving excuses that they are co-ordinating with courier partner. But there is no solution on it till now

1 ★Very poor service. Exchange program run by mi are useless as at the time of delivery, the delivery person reject the old phone which has only some minor discolor in back panel. Delivery boy stated that if there was any point size discolor mark available in body then they reject the exchange offer. And also they didn't ready to give any amount of my old phone neither ready to deliver the ordered phone on full cash payment. Further delivery man mentioned that consignee refuse to take parcel.

1 ★Is there a option to give 0 stars? This is the worst app I ever used. All the price It shows is fake. Whenever I go to buy the price increases and completely changes. And the 8 years anniversary thing. What the hell is that supposed to. It's all fake. There is no offer nothing. Do I look like an idiot. I waited for exactly 8 o clock and clicked the buy button and within a second it's showing out of stock. What the hell is this.?
1 ★Never go for Mitvs. I had a very bad experience. Purchased the 55 inches tv in 2019.Eventhough there was limited use, the speaker developed complaints and in 2 yrs i had to replace the speaker spending Rs. 4000.Within 2 yrs the problem recurred and lodging a complaint itself was a problem as it is a cumbersome process. No proper response also. After escalating the complaint inspection was made and after 10 days i am informed that parts are not available with the company. So pathetic..

It had some problems from the very beginning. Unlike other e commerce Apps this App doesn't have a proper return policy. When I approached the customer care, they are demanding us to go for service. Completely disappointed with this Return Policy.
