5 ★Excellent App cant fault it
1 ★The booking process and hot deals are very good and I've used the app many times to book golf. However today is the first time I've arrived to play and the course had just closed due to a storm and trying to cancel and get a refund seems impossible once its after your tee off time, the only contact number doesn't work and there seems to be no other way of contacting the people at golf now. I've decided now I'll pay a bit extra and book direct with golf clubs in the future to.
5 ★Nice layout and easy to use with plenty of courses available. Would be great if they had an option to find local players too.
5 ★Love this app. Especially the map view of courses available. Great for any part time golfer without the time to commit to a full club membership. Always find a deal which usually turns out to be cheaper than what the club will offer on their own website. Haven't tried the golfpass feature yet but fully happy with the current usage from the standard app.
1 ★Just downloaded, tried over 10 times over an afternoom to create an account. It wants 5-20 character letters & numbers password. I've tried a mixture of upper & lower case. I've tried all upper case. I've tried all lower case and a number of different 5-20 character passwords. ALL rejected every time. "OK YOU WIN" I'm NEVER bothering again. There are other, better and well run sites on here.
1 ★Absolute rubbish app..dont let the good rating fool you, can't cancel even when the golf course is shut and didn't even have my reservation on file. Be warned you will lose your money !
1 ★Cheaper to buy through the website! Always booked through the website so I knew when rounds got cheap, but keep watching the app and it didn't get cheaper. Checked the website and it was cheaper as I expected! Don't use the app just because its convenient, it's a rip off!
5 ★Great App. Has opened up so many more opportunities to play at courses I wouldn't know existed before. So many great deals out there- saved 30 quid booking a hot deal at a local course so hired a buggy. No fuss payment system too. Highly recommend this app.
2 ★I really battle with this app. There is always some issue that prevents me interacting properly. I have the same issues with the website and even on my son's Apple. And I really want it to work as I like the Hit Deals
2 ★Concept is good. App is rubbish- mostly spent watching the golf buggy whilst it loads a search for minutes at a time. Click a course...want to go back and see another one...not until you watched the buggy for another minute. Website is better.
5 ★Easy and quick to use and finds great deals. Plus if you book enough times you get a free round. Very much worth it and much better than being on hold with some old man in an office flicking through his note book of the times
5 ★Brilliant way to book and reserve tee times. So far used it four times without a glitch. When I couldn't go to a course, the customer service were very helpful and put on credit on my account to be used next time.
