Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

User's Reivew

4 ★Good, not great. 4 stars. It's a bit slow in its responsive and the server. Also 503 ngnix error occurs a bit, but other than that it's okay. I would reduce some of the empty space between the player names in the schedule to fit better.
1 ★Awful. Probably worst app I've ever used. It was stuck on the splash screen for about a minute this morning and it wouldn't go away, although I could double tap to view a random player profile. When I could get past the splash screen (last week) the performance was absolutely terrible, and it was very hard to find information that I wanted.
1 ★This app is so much worse than last year's edition. Very slow to load features. The notifications are AWFUL-they only provide the name of the player who won that set. If one of your favourites loses a set to someone obscure you have no idea why you are receiving that notification
1 ★Typical idiots - take a functional app and completely break it. The app is now unusable on my Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus after today's 'upgrade'. All that the app now displays is "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable". 😠
1 ★Slow to open. Then just crashes. If it does open scores unavailable. Still no better then last year. Just removed. Should have been refined by now. Aust tennis needs professional assistance. Website has been good.
1 ★The Australian open app has gone from one of The best to worst. Agonisingly slow, trash interface ,It us childish stuff
1 ★Doesn't send notifications correctly. Time zones do not stay consistent. Non user friendly. Easier use Google to see the order of play and scores.
3 ★Oooh its a Non interactive app with few or no search options. Today: Day 10 no chance of going back to see day 9 using that choice on top of page ....... stil showing day 10 after a "compute"
1 ★Whoever approves this app, does not know anything about usability, performance, and design. Can't believe in 2018 a simple sport app goes wrong this much w.r.t its previous versions.
1 ★Dates of qualifying tournament in the schedule are wrong. Days 1-4 should be between 10 and 13 January, not 11 and 14. Getting even the simple stuff wrong! 15 Jan update: downgraded from 3 to 1 star. Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse, we now have to contend with 503 errors and cloudflare DDOS messages. By the time this app is fixed, the tournament would have been over and users would be left wondering who the winners were. 19 Jan update: the tennis ball indicating the server doesn't switch to the next player immediately after the game is won, even though the game scores are updated e.g. *2-1 even though the player who won 2 games just held his serve and it is the other player's turn to serve. This gives the misleading impression that service has been broken or a player has just broken back.
1 ★Beyond terrible. Easily the worst of the Slam apps. Aside from the presentation which is a preference the sheer time it takes to load is shocking. Humble your self and tweak the Gold Standard of SW19
1 ★Insanely slow! Don't know how you are supposed to use it. Have to use other online sources for all my tennis info. In the past, this app was brilliant.
