1 ★No auto save! Had to reenter info 3 times. Notebook was more efficient.
3 ★Well I don't really know. I forgot my password and I can't log in to actually use it. Any way to reset a password?
4 ★This is a great app. I am using the free version at the moment. I do not see any differences in the descriptions between the paid vs free version. I am going to await an update to purchase the paid version. The only thing the app is lacking is the ability to capture images. Image capture is a great resource for use when returning to customers for viewing when the customer can't access the area. Are there any plans for these type of update in the future? Also will the paid version receive these updates, or will have to purchase again?

3 ★I downloaded this free version to do a couple test runs. There are things about this app I like but I feel it could use a few more features. 1) More characters need for company name. Some outfits have their name followed by "Heating, Cooling and Refrigeration", not enough room for that in current set up 2) It would be nice to be able to enter the equipment information (make, model & serial # and maybe unit # if there is more than one piece of equipment on site) onto the invoice. 3) Truck charge?

3 ★I really appreciate the work you've put into this. The functionality is fine, it seems though all the work and thought has gone into the app itself and not into the document being generated. I know it's just my opinion but the generated pdf is ugly and plain. It would help considerably if the company logo could be added as well as a watermark on the page. I would also like the ability to have the company mission statement, terms and conditions and warranty info on the back. This could be done by importing a pdf file. Once again the functionality is great. Thanks for your hard work on this. Ability to add customers and save them is also needed.
4 ★I really enjoy this app. I purchased the 40 dollar version and I love it. I was wondering is there some kind of upgrade for the app so I can print from my van and upload my logo
1 ★Really slow and black screens. Cant recommend to buy in this condition. Please fix. It doesnt work on my husbands S3 either.
1 ★Poorly designed invoice and it emails a data.zip file and a signature image. I don't think my customers would like this. Antivirus programs will go nuts! Something is really wrong with this new version. Does not work on S3. Locking up phone. Did uninstall, reboot, install... still no good. The old version worked before the upgrade or downgrade.The developer is also very rude and retaliates if you point out the bugs in the software. Of course their response says a lot. Lol...They dont even develop the app or test it them-selves. update: Oh, now you admit its broke. You should have done that in the first place rather than retaliate. By the way, state law requires an invoice be given and this app doesnt print. So when a customer refuses email which most do then what? I guess we break the law with your app. I'd be embarrassed to email this invoice anyway. Its like a bad school project. lol..The developers comments are too funny. No ethics and no customer service. DO NOT BUY!.. Buyer Beware! update: seller cancelled my paid app to get review removed. He may do this to everyone so the reviews cant be trusted. Developer has now threatened me in email . Something not right with this guy.
3 ★Needs to be able to print to truck printer. The email work order is very tacky. Setup and the rest of it looks great. Category setup is awesome with out print option just can't use it. We have had computers in our trucks since 1977, when I built them from kits. And I had a printer in the truck. This would be great if it could also track inventory.
