1 ★The whole system is flawed. It allows the company to function in such a way that no one is ever responsible or held accountable when they don't do their job properly. On multiple occasions I had the app not properly report maintenance request and when I went to follow up I had to book a call with a third party person who then wouldn't hand out any 'Different' employees number, so I was left waiting for them to decide to call me. This resulted in us waiting 135 days for our dishwasher to be repaired. You don't have a property manager so you can't call and have normal interactions with them. Nothing gets done and you're left to just wait. They're entire business is based on outsourcing and cutting cost of employees that would usually be required to have a properly functioning real estate company. The app is your property manager so expect to be left in the ether where you property manager lives.

1 ★This app is garbage! I was not only charged extra for mistakenly putting the wrong bank details which I had it fixed on the same day. Now they are insisting that I pay more than I am supposed to. It takes them more than 5 days to process the payment. I was basically forced to change my payment to a direct debit instead of my usual method. And when I tried to contact them, it took ages for them to reply or I have to go through so many different agents, having to repeat my issue. INEFFICIENT!!

1 ★Pretty bad. Unless you're the 'primary tenant', it's useless. Good luck to any other households that have multiple people paying rent. We went from dealing with an awesome real estate to these guys, and now I can't wait to move.

1 ★App is clunky. Company is even worse... takes months to get any defects resolved. Don't use.

1 ★Terrible. Cheap. Heartbreaking. App is so hard to set up your account, encourage your landlord to not use this company! The App is cheaply built, quite hard to negotiate on sign-up and frequently logs out. I don't trust it with my bank details but have no other option. Get a secondary bank account to use this.

1 ★I have not been able to sign up to the app which means I am not able to progress my tenancy. I have emailed you :Different twice and called once, but still no joy. Can you please contact me? As it stands I would not recommend this app or this service. Jennifer Parkin

2 ★Doesn't actually store or submit maintenance requests properly. This app gets in the way of proper interactions with your agent and you're better off without it.
