Use StellarMate App to discover and connect to your StellarMate controller. Control StellarMate functions and access the Web Manager and Web based VNC Viewer.

Join StellarMate to your home WiFi network. Use Ekos to capture images, stream video, guide, focus, and align. With Polar Alignment Assistant tool, get very accurate polar alignment using internal astrometry engine.

Never lose your images again with EkosLive Pro. All captured images are automatically uploaded to the cloud with a rich set of metadata that enables powerful search and sorting. Use custom tags to uniquely tag important frames for later use.

How to install StellarMate APK on Android phone or tablet?

1 ★Total garbage, nasty buggy and crashes constantly.

1 ★Awful, the only thing that you will get off this app is "network error" messages, disfunctional, or not updated buttons, crashes, hangups, frozen screens, and waiting dialogs. Should have taken my laptop, as it is completely impossible to control, connect, or do anything with a stellarmate os with this app.

1 ★Doesn't even know when I'm connected to the internet. How is it supposed to connect my Pi?

4 ★Common advice with this app is that it is very difficult to initially set up, but after that, it just works. Can confirm! My equipment: - 300mm f/4 newt - Ogma IMX571 camera - ToupTek IMX290 camera - ZWO EFW - OnStep mount/focuser/rotator At first, parts of my rig (e.g. rotator) didn't work with stellarmate due to bugs, but regular updates have helped tremendously! The interface makes sense and makes things easy. It's a great ASIAIR competitor if you can make it work, but it isn't perfect (yet).

5 ★Bought stellarmate os more then 6 months ago, but only now it seems to be mature enough to use it for serious astrophotography. Keep the good work 👍

1 ★So far this app and the telescope controll box have been a disappointment. The stellarmate pro says its connected to my ZWO AM5 mount (USB) but it does not move the mount in any direction or to Park position. My AM5 is running v1.3.7 firmware. The auto focus routine moves the focuser way too far for each test photo and so has failed fails to find focus about half the time. I star from the previous sessions near focus point each time. I am used to being able to set the number of EAF steps...

3 ★Downloaded this app and set it up to connect from my phone to the mount. The connection from phone to Raspberry pi basically is slow. (press a button wait for up to a minute ). I went directly from a spare pc into the stellar mate app on the pi directly via wi fi and it worked well so I guess there are problem with the mobile phone to pi app directly. Hence only 3 stars I am afraid.

4 ★Meade DSI support is still buggy and there is no support for the latest model. Reached over to Meade to complain but they said they only supported Windows.

4 ★Could not get my GPS dongle to work with StellarMate. You need to check supported models before you get one.

5 ★Using the App with StellarMate X which is not only faster than RPI4, but also more reliable. Never had big issues with the app but hope they can add star map support like KStars.
