1 ★Hai, i am sandhy, Why this apps do not accept document in format pdf or word/docx ?, why it only accept document in jpg format? Because 3 times I try upload my resume and my letter of employment but not of the document succeeded uploading to the apps, because the format us word and pdf. Did you know that the employer will not consider the resume and letter of employment that we job seekers upload to your apps if in jpeg format.
1 ★Overly complicated profile setup. Documents which are usually in pdf or word format are not able to be uploaded, just pictures. Same issues are still actual in 2020, so I'm lowering my rating.

5 ★It's super easy to use, just like finding your Match on tinder and I love the fact that I do not need to send emails anymore, no more application letters and I can actually track the status of my application in real time! Great App, I actually received more than 4 job offers from Hotels within the first twi days... AMAZING! :-)))

Job owners can easily reach me and I can talk with them all within the app. I also do not need to send CVs to every single employer. I just upload once and it is visible to every single employer once I send my application. This tool is truly the future of online and mobile recruitment.
4 ★This app has been around for some months. I was attracted by the fact that you could chat directly with hotels prior to formally applying. I managed to find some perfect matches and also get an interview! Many more hotels need to be added but the app is on the right track!
