Earthquake Monitor is a program that keeps you informed about earthquakes around the world.Having a seism alert program can be a big difference when dealing with such powerful phenomenon as a earthquake.

With earthquake monitor you can identify in an easy way the magnitude of the quakes by the colors used in the application.
You can also filter the seisms that you want to visualize by magnitude and by time of occurrence.
It is posible also to see if there is a tsunami alert. Is important to note that a tsunami alert does not imply that a tsunami in fact will occur, in fact alerts are generated and canceled frequently.
Seismic information is obtained mainly from USGS site.
