1 ★User interface is pretty easy. App functionality sucks. Being an app that is supposed to track your driving habits, it sucks at actually tracking your trips. Sometimes it will take 10-15 minutes to finish a trip. While other times it's done in 30 seconds. So a brief stop during a trip, might end the logging even though you're still driving. Sometimes it takes 1/4 mile to start logging a trip, while others, it takes 4 miles.

2 ★Very frequently this app flags me for speeding and the road is clearly marked 55 but the app thinks it's really 45, needs some updates.

2 ★Very interesting! I read the reviews and only one 5 star and she was thanking the insurance company for her Plan. I have experienced 1. The text message states you have not used the app in 30 days so you are going to lose your discount but I see the trips logged. 2.Driving time I get off work when it's dark outside 3. Speeding when I'm on an interstate traveling to and from work. Why would I be going 35 in a 70 mph lane? Please work on improving the app. issues people stated in 2020 R N 2025

3 ★It cut my points said I was sudden braking! Ya I sure was! While sitting still! Bleeding my damn brakes!!! Don't apparently realize things like that. Scores are even determined by what time you use your vehicle. That's ridiculous when you absolutely have to go somewhere everyday at that time!

1 ★Doesn't stay connected and doesn't pick up all my trips

1 ★There are too many bad reviews about this app. I don't need the problems nor the hassle. I was using it under a different phone. It picked up that I was speeding, and I never drive over 80 nor 70. So this app is faulty like they're saying, and if I'm in a car with somebody else and it's picking up that I'm driving. It's not no good, so I'm installing this app because it's ridiculous. I will switch policies with a different company. If this will affect the rates that I get for my son and I.

2 ★The app has not worked properly for me yet.

5 ★As long as it does not cancel itself, you are fine.

2 ★App can't decern when using hands free or not, can't use phone for 2-5 min after parking because it will record it as distracted driving. Sometimes if you are in an area of low gps reception when you stop it thinks your still driving as the gps moves 1/8th MI around in all directions for a while, and if you happen to call someone when you arrive it also counts it as distracted driving. Needs a trip ended button, needs to know when a bluetooth handsfree device is connected and in use.
