3 ★I'm trying to find a customer service number to call. I received thedeposit to verify my account, but missed the deadline to verify. Now itwill not let me verify any account to withdraw funds from. And every time Iclick on the help Link in the app it takes me to PayPal. My girls are veryexcited and I'm hoping they will love this app so my fingers are crossedthat I can reverify my checking account.
2 ★I have had issues with the app. Some were resolved but this last one iswhat is making me rate unfavorably. Weeks of no resolution. My son got a$50 gift card to Game Stop, we get to the store, and it is no good. So, Ihave to pay for the purchase. We email Busy Kid and they give us a 3rdparty vendor to contact. No, not acceptable is my reply. I no longer wantthe gift card, I want my money back. Still waiting for the $50 and an emailreply. Waste of time and money so far. Not happy.
1 ★DO NOT USE. This seems to be a scam. I put money into my child's account on Tuesday. Our bank shows a withdraw to Busykid for that day. On Friday, we log onto Busykid and indicates a balance for our child. He went to use the Busykid card that evening, but his purchase as declined. Ultimately he was charged $5.50 by the card company. We contacted the card company, they said it is a Busykid issue since there was no money transferred to them from Busykid. Tried to contact Busykid through their website but could not find any contact information for them.
2 ★Was excited for this, but it has caused nothing but frustration. I've givenit a week to make sure the glitches weren't on my end or because of atemporary problem. Very disappointed.
1 ★No help so far from customer service from my misplaced cards...I am veryhurt. Kids disappointed. Lost money wasted. I want to speak with a human.no emails.
4 ★The concept is brilliant and very useful in teaching the value of work,time, and money. Unfortunately the app is still glitchy in places making itfrustrating.
2 ★The concept is great but the app is not user friendly. It's difficult tofind how to approve or disapprove the completes chores and if you have alot of chore options it takes your child forever to scroll through thechores to find them would be much better if it was I'm small tiles and makeit so we can add our own custom pictures for chores toake it easy to findthem. The concept is good but this app user interface needs an overhaul ittakes too much effort and is hard to is which makes it not very isefulbecause the children get bored and frustrated with it it takes too muchtime for the parents to use and without ease of use it's not worth the time.
1 ★They charge you a subscription fee and $5 for a prepaid card plus fees. They force you to add your bank account before you can even see that app to know if you want to use it. And lastly they only give you the option to use their prepaid card, you can't even transfer money to your kids checking accounts.
1 ★Tried to set it up with my email and password and it keeps telling me,invalid credentials. Would have used it. But I'm deleting it. Maybe nexttime
