Este aplicativo foi criado, com o objetivo de oferecer maior visibilidade aos Engenheiros, Arquitetos, administradores e cidadãos interessados, no conhecimento prévio das penalidades, conforme deficiências dos sistemas de combate a incêndio da edificação em referência e os valores das multas que poderão ser aplicadas, através das infrações relacionadas no Decreto Estadual n° 62.416/2017 - Regulamento de Segurança Contra Incêndios das edificações e áreas de risco no Estado de São Paulo, aplicadas pelo Corpo de Bombeiros da Polícia Militar do Estado de São Paulo.As autuações poderão ser executadas pelo Corpo de Bombeiros, durante as fiscalizações a qualquer tempo sem prévio aviso.
O Simulador de multas & infrações, está configurado conforme procedimentos, cálculo e tabelas de enquadramento do Decreto Estadual n° 62.416/2017, atualizado com a UFESP válida para o ano atual e trabalha off-line, este aplicativo não está vinculado à nenhum sistema de Órgão Público, Privado ou do Corpo de Bombeiros.
