The "Messages" feature will allow you to message us. You will be chatting with a real person, not a computer. You can ask a question that you encountered when you learn Chinese. You can also message us a sentence that you came up with for comments. Or you simply want to practise Chinese by chatting with someone in Chinese. We promise to respond to your messages within one business day. We'll do our best to answer your questions. If we don't know the answer, we'll find it out. In the meantime, you can focus on other more important things. Right now, we support English and Chinese in this feature.
Visual Chinese will also help you learn Chinese words with the help of images and audio recordings. For each new word, there is an image showing you what the word means. Audio recordings are also available where a native speaker will speak out the word and a sample sentence as well. You can also make and play your own recordings while practicing.
