Description
The Teachers2Parents App brings together all the communications you receive from your child's school via Teachers2Parents and SchoolMoney into one simple, easy to use app.If your school uses our Teachers2Parents and/or SchoolMoney products, you can:
• Sync with all your schools, nurseries and clubs that use Teachers2Parents and/or SchoolMoney.
• Get an instant overview of outstanding payments, notifications, recent messages, and more in the home page.
If your school uses the Teachers2Parents messaging platform, within the app you will be able to:
• View all of your messages from the school in the message feed.
• Have term dates at your fingertips within the Term Calendar section.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest news and events via the Noticeboard.
If your school uses the SchoolMoney system to manage their parent payments online, you will be able to:
• Make payments for dinners, trips, clubs, etc.
• Top up your club and dinner credit balance.
• Manage parental permissions for trips and more.
• Purchase shop items.
• Select meal options for your children's dinners.
• View transaction, booking, and meal selection history.
To use the Teachers2Parents App your child's school will need to be using the Teachers2Parents and/or SchoolMoney system and have your phone number stored within one of these services; this is controlled solely by the school. Please contact the school for further information.
Dinner balances, Shop items, payments, Noticeboard updates, term dates, and the contents of messages are managed by the school - issues or queries surrounding these should be directed to the school.
Some functionality within the app is dependent on the school and the subscriptions they have purchased for the SchoolMoney or Teachers2Parents system.

1 ★Terrible app, every time they send me a verification code, it's not valid. I don't understand why schools make us use this app.
1 ★Up until a week ago the app worked brilliantly however now when I receive a new message notification I am only able to read the first 3 lines contained in the preview. When I try to read the message in full it freezes on the messages screen and will only let me see messages from Sept 2018 (when I originally downloaded the app) I have uninstalled & reinstalled the app but this has not rectified the problem. I am now missing important information from my son's school. Please fix this problem.
2 ★An app to duplicate a website is great if it can save time. Unfortunately the app doesn't remember payment details so I end up using the website for most things. It has no concept of multiple children having similar needs. For example, I can book both kids into a club but one will fail afterwards as there was only one space. Having one booked into after school club is worse than neither. This confuses the school and me. Good ides but incomplete.
1 ★If i could give 0 stars I would. Truly awful. The school money part of the app no longer works so I can't use it to order lunches
1 ★Absolute rubbish! As me and my sons mother are seperated I pay for breakfast club etc. But because I'm not main contact with the school I apparently can't have access to the payments part of the app, instead I have to go to a paypoint with a barcode and have to pay cash that way and even though it's paid every week my ex gets texts saying it's overdue! An utter waste of time and an awful app! Surely BOTH parents shoud be able to gain access to all parts of the app, not just the main contact!
2 ★I wish I could give this more *, but it is just too unreliable. Never works properly, needs regular deleting and reinstalling. No notifications of new payments are due. No notifications if already booked school dinners are cancelled. Shop regularly disappears. I frankly don't know why this app even exists, its functionality is so limited, every other app also do all of this.
1 ★Really awful app. I get notifications of new messages, but can't view them in the app, all I can see is the preview which is gone once I click on it to open the app. Re-installed the app but the problem persists. Going to stop using the app and go back to receiving text messages.
1 ★Dreadful! DO NOT BOTHER. What's the point in a message service that sends no notifications? Found out my daughter had place in an after school class when I went to collect her. Then I see the message was in the app but the app has never, EVER sent me a notification since installed as I found out when I checked my settings.
1 ★Don't seem to be working. As others have said I now get notification of a message but when I click on message it comes up with very old/first ones received back in 2017 and I'm unable to scroll screen to see recent messages. Theres no option to delete old messages so I'm unable to read. Also I've noticed I'm getting messages with #NAME instead of my childs name and I have 2 kids in school so don't know which it relates to. not the best app. Think I'd prefer to receive text messages
1 ★everyone seems to be having the same problem. downloaded this app so I can keep all my school texts in one place as I'm quite forgetful. message pops up to notify you but when you click on the messages it just takes you back to old messages and you cant open them. so I'm missing out on everything as you cant deregister your number and I know longer receive texts as i signed up to this. pointless app. dont use it.
1 ★Sent me 5 verification codes in quick succession but when I did eventually get the app to open, the last message displayed was 3 months old. When I tried to use the app a second time it just showed me a blank white screen. Have uninstalled & reinstalled a few times but with same results. Utterly useless.
1 ★This app used to work great, now I'm receiving messages from school but I have no notifications. All notifications are set to on in the settings, but still no notifications. So now I have to check the app to see if school has sent a message - not great, as I've now missed quite a few time sensitive messages...
