5 ★Nice game really like it but I'm having a problem. I can't see any kingdom or alliance chats and get no messages in the mail no battle reports,gathering, system, or kingdom messages either plz fix this.

1 ★Many bugs and help & support doesn't helps out fixing , they just keep telling your phone memory low or connection issue , even if I have best phone and good connection, Alex need to bring a new team to fix game problems
1 ★Now cannot see monsters, uninstall and now I can't get mail or other info. This game is full of bugs and glitches. Also has gotten very boring for the players.

Don't download this game unless you're willing to buy in-app items like peace shields to stay in the game, otherwise, until you have strong troops, your castle & troops will continually be destroyed by strong players. I've been playing the game for 3 years & I wouldn't play another game like this. It's a money pit, always requiring more purchases to stay competitive with big spenders with stronger troops. If I didn't have so much invested, I'd delete the game. Elex games suck.
4 ★I like this game, and I have been playing this for almost half a year now. I just have one suggestion. I hope you add a function of allowing us to sell items in the store that are no longer useful to us. Like for example, the Dragon spirits. Once we hatched the dragon egg, those spirits that we get as rewards or from the Alchemist house are no longer useful for us. Even some of the Hero Shards that we no longer use because we have already maxed out the Star upgrade of each heroes. Please!!!!!!
1 ★Disappointed with the HALLOWEEN events. The one and only opportunity to get Pumpkin knight for non-spenders like myself is gone. The rewards are not worth it. To add more to our misery, you introduce HALLOWEN carnival with the promise of getting Candies through gathering, which is misleading too. You should really be more careful before spreading infos. The only thing good about this game is the GRAPHICS.
1 ★This is not a good game for children and mental health, if you want to get depression you can install this game. They want to engage you in their game and after a short interval of time you would have to login game again and again. And also the packs of this game are too expensive, I have left this game and now I'm playing clash of glory.
5 ★Played eight years had to take a sabbatical and now I'm back is an addictive game
1 ★Since the new update mail cannot be checked as the system freezes forcing the app to close. I cannot chat in kc /a.c. or private mail as once again when you click on any of these items the system freezes and forces the game to stop. I have reported this many times over the last couple of days but no reply. Can you please investigate and contact me with feedback as to why this issue is happening and fix it. No it's no my device or my Wi-Fi before you start using that little chestnut !
5 ★until it locks up or shuts down. Not to bad a game if you get in the right group. Still not bad a year later. Make friends all over the world. Strategy and common sense, Watch out for players that use $$$$ to grow faster. To bad that we get stuck with leftover items from events. This game needs a " redeem " feature that alows everyone to get rid of year old items from previous events. lol
