1 ★The fact you don't get any kind of notifications when your offline when your being hit, troops are trained etc so don't stand a chance to defend when offline, it nothing to do with my phone, done everything that been suggested and still the same issue so when will the makers sort it out because it seems they don't care as long they getting money..
1 ★The game is really awesome. We get a real war experience. The game is so much fun that I opened every 30 minutes. But the problem is that this west version does not have much events which makes me sad. They introduced a lot of events in original one but in this version they have no good events. That's my only request please add more events
1 ★Hasn't had an update in over 6 months. Case and point, the castles still have Easter eggs as icons on the screen. Don't waste your time/money on a game the devs have obviously given up on. Regular Clash of Kings however, the devs actually still give a (you know what about) and have new events and updates regularly.
1 ★i love the game been playing since it came out. but you havent updated it in almost 9 months. you make so much money off us. and we cant get a update to fix the glitches and game play. i still have last easter screen its ridiculous. please start updating your game again and i will give you 5 stars. if no update soon on gam i will have to report you to everyone i can. this is sad 😢
4 ★I found a bug where I would send troops to super mine and it would glitch them back into my castle as if I never sent them in the first place.. This is a problem as I cannot rely on gathering anymore.. And I know it is a bug because it only happens at super mine nowhere else please take a look at this because there are not many other options to saving my troops other than gathering and shield and I am running out pls look into it if possible
3 ★Bugs on the updates its hard to switch and it is always buffering fix it
1 ★Many things. Have had issues for months weather its bugs or not. 1, avatar changes were never overseen for me. Half a year has gone by and no response. Reported the bug with the games bug report, it said it had been cleared, NOPE. 2, regular bugs mainly consisting of skill set switching as even with a perfect connection I still get notified of network errors, wifi and mobile data. 3, free to play takes a long long time, bully alliances will stunt or stop your growth almost completely.
2 ★The amount of prestige badges you get from game without buying is just terrible! I could see why people lose interest this game needs to be more like the original version for the amount of time it has been released with unnecessary issues recurring throughout its history, I'm a dedicated player and would like to see change with the amount of items received in server... Do add ons make it fun again

1 ★Wish I could give 0 stars. most recent update broke notifications and I didn't even know one of my marches was hit days ago until today. support is essentially useless decrying the game being international for the issue. If you can't maintain a stable server connection for your international game maybe it shouldn't be international. make regionalized versions instead. edit: Nearly a month later and still not heard any sort of solution from dev. lost 600k power last night. Update: It's been a number of MONTHS now and all I've gotten is the same canned reply of 'A team has been informed and will fix your issue in the next update..... There've been at least ten updates that changed absolutely nothing! Stay far away this company only cares about selling you p2w packages! Every new event is just a ploy to get more money from players
1 ★I will say the Clash of Kings:The West game is fun. However countless people in all the kingdoms have been permanently banned when warring and getting zeroed, Then receiving 10x the amount of resources to heal through “King’s resources.” It is a glitch on the developers side, while trying to do an update. Now myself and others can not access castles or play, because of their errors, and banned from game and labeled cheaters! Other players afraid to unshielded and possible get hit and receive “King’s resources” and will get banned, so no one interested in playing until this is resolved. I just spent $30 on the game packs and subscriptions last night and this morning they confiscated my castle! Where is my refund for packs and subscriptions I bought yesterday? They do not respond, And send out auto generated reply.
1 ★After some time, the buttons stopped working, my resources went down to zero and it seems that it just freezes when I log in. And it keeps happening for the past few days. I made sure Internet was decent etc, so it wasn me or my device. Im sorry I invested money in this game, it was just to support you guys.
