3 ★It's overall a fun game. Early and mid game is fun and you can get away with f2p. However, once you get to late game, it gets very repetitive and difficult to play as f2p, and you really need to start spending $$$ and constantly farming to be better. RNG is a huge factor in this game, the chances of getting something good (even through p2p) are ridiculously low. Late game is just a constant grind. I finally got bored and quit, it felt like a chore rather than a game.
3 ★If you're looking for a fun game, you're in luck. While it's still hard and frustrating to be a free to play player, and the highly censored chat is still ridiculous, it's gotten a little better participating in events, with more summoning opportunities. And some of the new monsters are really fun to use. But the grinding for hours with little traction gained is still super frustrating, and I don't have that kind of time.
4 ★I kinda like this game more than I thought I would. Creature-collection RPG game in the same vein as Pokemon. Turn-based RPG style, which I prefer. Good graphics and music. Only thing that makes me knock off one star is that, like many mobile games these days, Summoners War is unfortunately highly monetized, and pushes a lot of in-app purchases. Also (and this may be a hardware issue rather than the game's fault), Summoners War occasionally crashes on my Chromebook. Otherwise, a very solid and enjoyable game!
5 ★I enjoy a game that requires much time spent to reap the rewards presented to you, and Summoners War is no exception to that. With a vast collection of monsters to obtain, and the time required to get that one perfect rune to apply to your favorite monsters, this game is a grind - but I love it. There aren't many things more satisfying in gaming than to spend hours pushing towards a goal, and obliterating said goal. Looking back, it is rewarding. This is the experience to expect
4 ★They really know how to deliver to new players and returnees. With the game being out this long they pull out all the stops for the newbies. My only problem is the app size. Latest update I had to uninstall bc I wasn't willing to get rid of epic seven and couldn't get rid of several others for their importance. Don't see how a game with graphics like this has a file size like that, lol. Other than that, when I get a new phone or if I leave epic seven, I may come back.
4 ★I really enjoy playing SW but I do have many gripes. First, quality options need to be overhauled. Allow people to go even lower in visual quality so phones don't overheat. Second issue is with leveling runes. The rng aspect is probably one of the worst mechanics in any game I have ever played. Overall I do enjoy the game and the events do give out quite good rewards these days. I just wish a few things would change. A PC version of the game would be great too...but I doubt you'll do that.
3 ★It's a really fun game, but the grinding is something that I can't do. Here's an idea: add a feature where you can press a button to do a battle, but don't show the battle, immediately show the results and drops. This could only be available after finishing hell mode for that region. Also, idk how to progress without spending money. The only way I see this possible is to get lucky during events, so that's a huge minus.
4 ★I have played this game plenty of times and I do actually enjoy the characters the animations and such but after a while it starts to get boring cause it becomes almost impossible to upgrade your characters and progress through the game with out paying in game items which since the last time I played were always way too expensive. Other the the pay wall being a little to high it's a fun game overall
2 ★Have played for 2+ years and enjoy the game. For the last couple months it has begun crashing incessantly. I had a Galaxy S9 and the Amazon installation, which crashed several times every single day. I can't do auto battles because it crashes before ten runs almost every time. Crashes in ToA, Lab, DR, DH, Arena, Scenario, runing. Incredibly frustrating. So I uninstalled the Amazon version and tried the Google Play version. Same thing. I just got a new Galaxy S21 with 12G RAM - same problem.
3 ★This game is awesome, but of course everything has its own problem. I have been experiencing problems with summons(kicking me out and then lagging during summons.) And i can't get into my arena defense. Another problem i am experiencing is rewards, some of the rewards are unclaimable. And last problem is anything to do with dungeons, it will just freeze the game. Hope thos can be fixed its a shame because this game is amazing.
5 ★A fun game, been playing it for years now, I enjoy it thoroughly but it's like every other game ar this point: you either spend thousands of hours in the game, which I don't mind doing, or you spend hundreds of dollars, which is a lot harder. Still a fun game and the devs are only making it easier for free to play players, and with how often events are happening it's only that much easier, but it's still the choice between time or money. I doubt I'll quit anytime soon, It's just an issue I see.
4 ★This is a very easy game to jump into. It doesn't require too much brain power, but it does take a while for everything to fall into place, in terms of runes. Which means there's quite a bit to do. Defo a nice, simple strategy game to kill time. My only problem is that whenever I'm in the mood for playing, I have to constantly re-load the game at least 10-15 times in order for it to load correctly. The screen likes to cut off a bit on the right side and I can't intereract with anything.
