1 ★This app from Denon worked just fine for a few years, up untill the last few months I can no longer control my Denon AVR X-2000 let alone use a function as simple as controling my volume. The only reason why i still have the app installed on my new not old but new Samsung tablet & my Samsung Galaxy S9+ in hopes that Denon will fix there BROKEN app. Hey Denon, FIX your app!!! Do an in house test before releasing new updates!
2 ★This app is sorely in need of an update. The functionality is good and for the most part it works, but it's so slow and clunky to use. I honestly regret not buying a Yamaha receiver - Yamaha doesn't leave users of older hardware out in the cold when it comes to software.
1 ★Rubbish.Cannot access any internet radio stations,which is what I wanted to use it for.Denon fix it or scrap it!!
1 ★Horrendously slow. Will crash very frequently. Often doesn't see my device or server. When it does work it regularly starts repeating each song after a long silence before moving on to the next track, after another long silence. Can't get Internet radio on it anymore after an update. Denon make decent hardware but I won't buy denon again given just how bad this app has been over the 4 years or so I've had the misfortune of using it.
1 ★3 years ago, my Denon AVR 2312 worked well with this app. But now it couldn't.
2 ★Awkward to use. Always starts up on a non-intuitive screen that expects you to select a device instead of remembering the device last used. Doesn't help that the firmware on my Denon AVR-X4000 regularly stops working and requiring a power cycle to recover.
3 ★works fine when the receiver is on the same subnet but won't seem to connect otherwise (e.g. over a VPN tunnel). there's an option to enter the IP manually but apparently someone writing the app went out of their way to restrict the cases in which it can be used
1 ★DO NO USE! THIS APP IS A NIGHTMARE If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Painfully slow and jumpy to navigate, utterly inconsistent, and so prone to crashing that it's been stuck playing random pandora stations anytime I turn on my home theater.

1 ★This app used to work on my AVR-4311CI, now it does not connect on Samsung S8 even if I manually setup the IP. I know my AVR is not on the supported list but I paid $2K for this receiver and Denon has abandoned me.

1 ★After installing, it says it's for older version of Android. After adding the IP address of my device it says not supported. Intestingly I can control with a third party app. Shame on Denon...
