Bewohner der Seestadt sollen die Möglichkeit haben ein Programm selbst zu gestalten. Weiteres werden Musiker/Künstler aus Wien und Umgebung zu Interviews eingeladen. Auch soll immer wieder diverse Interviews rund um die Seestadt gesendet werden.
Sendezeiten:
Sendezeiten richten sich nach Beiträgen. (Live on Air) Überwiegend morgens (Frühaufsteher) und ab späten Nachmittag bis open End Ansonsten wird ein Musik und Infoprogramm über einen Autoplayer gesteuert, der über einen Server vollautomatisch gesteuert ist.
Finanzielle Umsetzung:
Musiknutzung (AKM) Sendetechnik Software, Serversysteme werden über Spenden, Sponsoring und Werbung so wie privat aufgebracht.
