5 ★My organization has recently implemented KloudGin. In just a short few months we completely overhauled our operational systems with data and technology to benefit the company with agile methods, more efficiency, and the ability to enhance profitability that will result in delivering better customer experiences.
3 ★Very hard to log in with bad boundaries of the property
5 ★Very good app for field service management and Enterprise Asset management. Cool feature ArcGIS support with multi layer support eases feild workers work..
1 ★App needs help. Many bugs to fix. - Issues with logging in. - Issues with crew task not showing up even after assignment. - Unable to save customer signature when going back and forth from Workorder Completion. - Issues with being kicked out of login prematurely. - Text box for Technician/Sales notes way to small and hard to navigate and correct text. - Unable to upload more than one photo at a time to Technician/Sales photos, which makes for an annoying and time consuming process.
