1 ★If you want to slog through a toxic meta in the pvp, it's cool. If you want to grind gauntlet there is a fairly obvious algorithm helping the AI, you'll win a fair bit, but the AI has all the answers too much to be completely fair. They need to create a card market that let's you sell out and recuperate at least a small portion of the money that you are forced to spend for most of the highest power cards in any format. All in all, you'll spend real money just to feel obligated to play
1 ★Warning: Very Critical opinion. I do not like this game. Game is way too focused on PVP. Cards just feel massively decent when you begin and you get to PVP and I'm rarely able to scrape a win because my cards just dont have enough power of meta relative skills or draw power to win. Came so close fighting obvious not good people and really wanted to learn as it feels like a MTG clone, and it comes damn close, but it just doesn't cut it. Pass on it, save yourself the trouble.
5 ★This is the best digital CCG out there. Very F2P-friendly. I am playing this for three years now, and still not bored.
1 ★Game is dying. Same people in same matches over and over again. It had its potential to be a better version of MTG, but unfortunately, power creep dominated. And oh, the golem should be nerfed to the depths of hell.
1 ★I have spent over 300+ on this game. I have tried to come back once or twice. They game has to many annoying stupid combos you can't do anything to prevent. If your opponent draws certain cards they win. Ex discard your whole deck then if you have certain cards in your void you just win, and you can't stop a player from discarding so its unpreventable. Many annoying combos like that.
3 ★Unfortunately I'm having to reduce my review from 5 to 3 stars. It's still a great game but the played base is dying off. I will regularly play six or seven games straight and I will run into the same players over and over again. The game is great but the playerbase is dying. Make of that what you will.
2 ★Would Be Good If You Could Play On Mobile. They Say Drag To Attack And I'm Dragging And It Changes To Your Commander Character Unselecting Your Creature. Can't Play!
3 ★Fun game. It is much more like MTG than hearthstone, but with enough differences to not be a copy of MTG. At first I was having a great time playing. Eternal has a lot of free gold and packs to earn. But, I was disappointed to see how many cards are only available from buying campaigns. It is possible to grind for the gold without purchasing, but the amount of gold needed for campaigns is very high.
5 ★Best card game on the market. BUT if they continue to intruduce new mechanics into the game, the game will go into abyss. The game now has so much mechanics that it is almost imposible to craft a deck, not to mention you have to craft it with 75 cards, so it is very hard. Mostly have to use other people decks. Some cards now have over 4-5 mechanics, which is getting out of hand to track. It will stay at 5 stars for now, but if they continue with new mechanics like this they will brake the game.
5 ★I love this game. As a fan to MTG, this game matches up well, and I can play on anything I want, PC, mobile, tablet. Healthy rewards for daily play, zero need to invest money for a great deck. I spend money to help the developers because I want new cards to keep coming out. The Meta is always changing. You should play it. Hit me up. I'm Hellcat.
5 ★An outstanding card game with a generous approach to the free-to-play model. No pressure at all to spend money, as the game is totally enjoyable and fully accessible without spending anything. But I've chosen to spend money on it because when a game is this good, I actually want to spend the money just to support the developers. Fantastic work, guys. Please keep it up.
5 ★This game flew under my radar for awhile. I have been playing CCGs for about 3 years now. I say this without any reservation or second thoughts. This is by far the best there is. The tactical complexity, the rewards system, the game modes, everything here is PHENOMENAL. If you have even the slightest love for card games, you will love this.
