A través de nuestra aplicación podrás consultar cuántas estaciones, bicicletas y puntos de anclaje se encuentran disponibles en EnCicla - Sistema Bicicletas Públicas del Valle de Aburrá, en el Municipio de Medellín.Al encender el GPS de tu dispositivo móvil, podrás centrar el mapa en tu ubicación y así identificar cuáles son las estaciones EnCicla más cercanas. Haz clic sobre los iconos de cada estación para ver la disponibilidad de bicicletas y puntos de anclaje.
Recuerda siempre que al retornar la bicicleta, la luz verde del módulo debe quedar encendida de manera intermitente, además, debes estar atento a la señal auditiva, sonará un "BIP" indicando que se ha recibido correctamente la bicicleta. Si esto no ocurre verifica que la bicicleta este bien anclada y reporta el inconveniente en el tótem de la estación.
Te invitamos a cuidar las bicicletas del sistema, en caso que encuentres la estación llena cuando vas a realizar la devolución o que presente alguna falla, acércate a la estación más cercana y entrégala, nunca la abandones.
