With this app, Globe At Home Prepaid Wifi customers can easily:

- Top-up or Share-A- Promo to your Prepaid Wifi account
If you’re a Globe At Home Postpaid Broadband customer, you can also manage your account with this
app, through the following features:
- Pay bill online
- Track data usage
- Purchase Volume Boost for your plan

* Using the Globe At Home app will consume your monthly Globe At Home data allowance and/ or

How do I begin using the app?
After downloading the app, proceed to install the app on your device and follow the displayed
steps for verification. Afterwards, please nominate a PIN to secure your account.
I have multiple Globe At Home Broadband accounts. Can I enroll all of them in the app?
Sure! But you'll need to log out first and then go through the account verification process every
time you want to switch accounts in the app.
Can I use multiple devices for one Globe At Home account?
Multiple devices can download the app to access a single account, but each will have to go
through the security verification process.
I can’t log in/I’ve forgotten my PIN. What can I do to access the app?

1 ★Useless. No way to disconnect services from the app. No way to do it from the messenger bot. No way to do it by calling since the machine never transfers you to a human. This company has the worst customer service I ever had to deal with. The company is ran by criminals that refuse to cancel your service. AVOID!
1 ★I purchased broadband homesurf 1499. It is not renewing the 1 gig everyday. I purchased broadband homewatch999 and Guess what? The 4 gig everyday is also not renewing. What a waste of money!!! If only postpaid wifi lines are available here in our area, I would not use this!!!

2 ★Always crashes. It was working before latest update. Now can't find out usage, always says network error and try again later. When I try to get more data, app closes on it's own. Please fix!!! Update - Still not working right as of 10/06/2018. Now says that can't connect to server pls try again. For any action except to add more data since it takes me to another website to purchase. Globe pls try again to fix.
1 ★Too much ads that it gets irritating to use. Skip this app and manage your accounts with GlobeOne instead. Less ads, more functions.
1 ★Dont like it, customer service via facebook messenger is horrible. Always saying that they have a high volume of chats. I waited for days for their reply and still nothing. Im just sticking with globe coz I dont want a new line but if it gets worst I will def. Not think twice about switching. Improve your customer service and app and maybe ill give a higher rating.
1 ★Globe support seems not getting my email, I haven't received any feedback from them for over a week already. Until now, I am still waiting for their update. Poor service and useless app. UPDATE: As of today, May 23 2020, the company's support team hasn't give any feedback/update to more than 10 email I sent. Now, they updated the app and I can no longer send email. Send button is greyed out.
1 ★Not working. I can't connect my account to the app for my mobile phone. The website to log on to my account is also not working. They disconnected my data even though I paid my bill way ahead of time. A terrible company with a terrible service at a high price. This happens when you have a duopoly.
