1 ★The App won't let me add money to top off my vodafone on my Samsung S9+. I tried twice. I am trying to install it on my laptop and on Google Chrome and it won't met me do that either!! How in the world can I keep my service with Vodafone when they make it impossible to recharge and pay for the service? Vey poor app. In addition. It should allow you to choose the language in which you want to communicate to read the offers or reminders or whatever information they are trying to convey to you. VODAFONE: FIX IT! THERE ARE A LOT OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT YOUR APP! DO SOMETHING!
1 ★There is no way of putting this app in different languages which is ridiculous. I bought a SIM card in Rome to use while on vacation. Made one call and now it's saying my account is "empty." Followed all the Vodafone instructions from the store (waited two hours to turn the phone on.) Data still works and the customer service number is in Italian only. What the ####?
1 ★Waste of time and money! Unsattisfied with vodafone service. They extra charge you! I used my sim after few months and went to see if everything was ok, they told me that I had to charge it for 10€, so I did it and it took all of my credit away!!! when I asked why, they said I was under with my credit!!! And since the sim was off for more than 6 months, now I can't have any offer at all! And I have to buy a new sim! Even if this one costed 30€! Unbelievable! Never again vodafone!
2 ★Better off going to the actual Vodafone storefront than using this app. The app rarely opens and crashes often. When it does stay open for more than two minutes its functionality is essentially limited to staring at random offers because you can't use it for anything actually useful, such as paying your bill. Lastly, it has absolutely zero support for any other language so you'd best brush up on your Italian if you want to even make it past the home screen.
1 ★Absolute worst cellphone service I've ever used. I put my Sim in a different phone to see if I could recharge it there, but it didn't work. The update for this app was all cosmetic and didn't actually change anything for the better. If I could give this app and cellphone carrier a negative rating, I would do so without hesitation.
1 ★I am using Vodafone services since 10 months, with sim and adsl at home. I do agree with other customers, Vodafone told me i have a package of 23€ per month with adsl and 7 euros with sim network. It should be in total 30 euros per month, but they are charging me 79 euros every after two months. I am also thinking to switch to another network.
1 ★Bought the SIM card, had it installed, and received one tenth (10%) of the service offered. Most importantly, this service failed the most basic and important service for me - making and responding to business calls from the United States. I recommend that potential buyers look elsewhere.
1 ★It's so bad, it doesn't allow any other cards to recharge and infact the countries own bank atm cards. The site and the application all are worst. Atleast Vodafone Should improve that plus the services they use and offer others. Anytime anywhere automatically any services applied and deducted the money. It's so bad. It's really disappointing. 3 ★Although network is fine but Vodafone has very poor customer service particularly for International customers. They always cut money and there is no way to rectify it because difficulty in language. The customer care doesn't pick the number. I am seriously thinking to switch to another operator.
1 ★it is not possible to recharge account via app and also you cannot purchase anything, e.g. vodafone pass music or tariff unlimited plus. previous version of app was much much better, this one is not usable at all. i'm now out of giga and not able to recharge and purchase anything.
1 ★Very very poor customer service: they don't speak english, they don't want to help their customers and they don't respond to neither calls or emails. They didn't activate my full offer and I have been going to their store twice in a week to tell them to fix the problem but everytime I go they lie and tell me to wait for 2 days. It's the worst company ever in Italy. I don't don't don't recommend anyone to buy from them.
1 ★It's unusable. It's incredibly slow (needs around 10 seconds to complete every action, like inserting text or pressing a button). Also, cannot pay for my renewal (ricarica) as card gets declined (the card has no problems elsewhere).
