GradForms Messenger is an app which allows teachers to keep in touch with students and parents, wherever they are. Each student and parent signs up for an account on a webpage that is personalized to the teacher, where they can send and receive messages.In essence, it can free your email inbox from clutter and keep communication with your students safe, secure, and separate.
Here is how it works, step-by-step:
1. With just a few taps, set up a webpage where students and parents can go to check for new messages, and to send you messages.
2. Students and parents send you questions and other messages (including file attachments) through this webpage.
3. Get notified when you receive new messages, and reply to them within the app.
4. Students and parents can view your reply using the aforementioned webpage, or via email, if enabled.
This app supports sending messages to multiple recipients, as well as read receipts for messages you send.
GradForms Messenger is currently free for classes of all sizes.
