3 ★Is there a way you guys can make it possible to make a call from within the app or it takes you right to the phone app? Having to memorize numbers and toggling back and forth between apps is time wasting and a big hassle.

5 ★I have implemented ParaScope with several different transit agencies and the way this applications enhances dispatch with real time info and visually knowing where drivers are in relation to their clients is enlightening. I've handed this app to an 83 year old driver with no training, he hit the road and I never heard from him again. It's the simplest transition from paper manifest to advanced, efficient technology out there. And....CTS is always adding new features and enhancements.
