This is a FREE small, useful and easy to use tool to convert numbers in various formats, that are: Hexadecimal, Decimal, Octal and Binary.It's really helpful when you need to get the correspoding hexadecimal and/or decimal number starting just from a bitmask or vice versa.
A binary mask/value can be easily set just by tapping on the corresponding bit that you want to set or clear.
Furthermore it allows to calculate the fixed point representation of a floating point number once set the maximum number of bits that can be used for the integer and fractional part of it.
