You can also send an e-mail or message notes like greetings when a notification prior to an events gets triggered. What’s more. . This application automatically picks the current location with the help of GPS or Network Provider when making a new note. 1.Notes - Includes adding notes for current time and date, current location through GPS and two text areas, one for the title of the note and other for the note itself. You can also assign images that are stored in your handset to your notes. It also allows you to view your notes on monthly as well as yearly basis. You can also send an e-mail or send these notes as SMS.
2. Secrets - In this module the user creates a login account which can be used to login before accessing any data saved in the secrets. You can add notes, audio/video recordings, financial data and credit card numbers. Secrets are further categorized into four types – Notes, Multimedia (Audio & Video), Financials & Credit Card Numbers.
3. Events -This module includes adding events like meetings, birthdays, sports events, educational events etc to your Almanac. When adding a new event, you may or may not add a notification for the event. When the date & time of the event is reached, a small image (according to the type of event) gets displayed at the notification bar along with vibration. Additionally, a default sound also gets attached to the notification. On opening a notification, you can see the complete description of the event along with options to send an e- mail or a message along with the event details.
4. Multimedia -It allows you to make voice as well as video recordings using the handsets and there after all the recordings get displayed in a custom list, under audio and video. With the “add to secrets” option the recording is deleted from the current list and moved to secrets that can only be accessed after an authenticated login.
