Description
Célèbre barman du nord de la France depuis 1998, Mathieu Verhaeghe s'est illustré dans de nombreuses compétitions nationales et internationales de flair bartending (barman jongleur) où on le surnomma Ricky mat.Ricky mat va former et inspirer un grand nombre de barmen tout au long de sa carrière et créer un éventail de cocktails en rapport avec les établissements qu'il gère :
du petit chimiste au triple dragon (hard shooter destiné aux étudiants) et du rouge baiser au
mother ( cocktails de fruits frais et de champagne pour une clientèle raffinée ) .
En 2007 il s'associe et ouvre des établissements spécialisés en cocktails dans la station du Touquet Paris Plage.
En 2010 il crée sa société de barman indépendant CoMMe uN PoiSSoN DaNS L'eau spécialisée dans le working flair (préparation de cocktails en jonglant) pour les événements des entreprises et des particuliers.
CoMMe uN PoiSSoN DaNS L'eau crée pour la première fois des stages destinés aux entreprises en team building et aux groupes de particuliers : les stages de mixologie (atelier cuisine autour du cocktail) et les stages d'initiation au flair (atelier de réalisation de cocktail en jonglant avec le matériel du barman).
De nombreux établissements sont en partenariat avec CoMMe uN PoiSSoN DaNS L'eau, partenariat qui repose sur une activité de consultant en bar (création d'une carte de cocktails sur mesure, formation du personnel, et conception d'une architecture de mise en place pour réaliser tous types de cocktails à base de fruits frais avec efficacité).
