Tu as la possibilité de paramétrer

Chaque phase du timer a sa propre couleur. Rouge - warm up / vert - en cours / bleu - en pause
Il est possible de créer des profils d'utilisation différents en fonction de tes besoins et de les charger en quelques cliques.
LE RESPONSIVE TIMER
Le but du timer responsive est de te faire travailler tes réflexes. Pendant les rounds tu entendras un bip à intervalle irrégulier. À ce moment précis, tu pourras lancer une attaque, faire des pompes ou réaliser toutes autres exercices de ton choix. les intervalles entre les Bips sont choisies au hasard entre les timers 1,2 et 3.
