Description
This app helps you to manage and execute survey campaigns of any kind. It records amounts of data offline on the smartphone/tablet and creates a report that can be exportet as an excel file. "Survey Report" is a free app for Android smartphones and tablets.The survey (project name, participants, questions) parameters can be loaded via an Excel file or can be created/edited directly in the app. Participants parameters include name, address, email and phone number. There is no limit to the number of surveys, questions and participants.
The respondents' answers can be entered locally without an Internet connection to the device. All data is stored locally on the device.
At any given time, a report can be exported as an Excel file. This report can be sent both as an attachment by e-mail, as also be stored on a cloud service.

Detailed description: Use the Excel file template
We provide an Excel file template available that can be filled in according to your requirements. The file must have a basic and binding (must not be modified) structure:
* First sheet: "Summary" contains the author information (name, address, website, email, date of creation) The author data under "Settings" to change at any time later.
* Second sheet: "Participants" includes the participants (name, address, phone, e-mail). If no participant data for the survey are required, this sheet can be left empty
* Third sheet: "Survey 1" contains all questions related to the survey. The name of the sheet also corresponds to the title of the survey. Each additional sheet may be used at a time for a new survey. There is no limitation in the number of surveys. Each survey sheet has 2 columns - Question and Answer Format (question type)
