Aplikasi Mobile Manual Garis Panduan dan Piawaian Perancangan merupakan aplikasi yang mengandungi satu set garis panduan dan keperluan penyediaan minimum merangkumi komponen-komponen utama perancangan dan pemajuan hartanah seperti perumahan, perdagangan, perindustrian, kemudahan masyarakat, alam sekitar serta infrastruktur dan utiliti.Ia disediakan berasaskan Piawaian Perancangan yang telah dikeluarkan oleh Jabatan Perancangan Bandar dan Desa Semenanjung Malaysia (kini PLANMalaysia) dan diubahsuai di peringkat negeri. Manual garis panduan ini bertujuan untuk mengemaskini serta menyeragamkan piawaian sedia ada di samping menjelaskan parameter-parameter kawalan pembangunan fizikal secara telus dalam membantu pihak berkepentingan membuat pertimbangan berkaitan sesuatu perancangan dan pemajuan tanah.
Aplikasi ini membolehkan pihak berkepentingan atau 'stakeholders' mendapatkan rasionalisasi untuk membuat keputusan perancangan khususnya Kebenaran Merancang dengan lebih cepat dan efektif.
