4 ★Good working app, however I don't know if it's possible to win. But it doesn't hurt to keep trying because it's free and a fun daily thing.

1 ★I've tried 3 times to take advantage of the hot deal. Checkout always has something wrong. Missed some great deals thanks to all the bugs.

5 ★Fun game. Don't listen to all the reviewers getting butt hurt about not winning. You can't win every time or jr. wouldn't be in business. Just keep playing and you might be rewarded.

3 ★Play several times, haven't won. Pretty sure that it the object of the app. Did buy some cigars. I've been a JR customer for almost 20 years.

4 ★I have won a 70.00 box of ten H. Upmann Legacy cigars and it even came with a rare vintage cigar press which was refurbished and turned into its own cigar box. Very cool, Thanks JR

1 ★Working for below minimum wage would be a better value than wasting time playing this stupid nonsense. Jr cigars thinks their customers are stupid.

4 ★Just keep playing. Theres many ways to earn chips. Its encouraging to try new cigars an earn chips for your opinion. I have won 5 packs so i know you can win. Understand its likely completly random the app doesnt owe you anything just like gambling some win some lose everyone experience will be different. Dont grumble about it just enjoy cigars an keep on playing its all for fun!!

1 ★Like everyone else said, this app is a joke. It's actually just a way for JR to scam you into reviewing cigars for points to play. There is no game here period. This app just let's JR advertise to you right on your phone while you think it's a game. I have my doubts that it's even possible to win.

1 ★Played off and on since i downloaded the app i tried playing daily an never had any luck i tried stacking up chips am never had any luck i stacked up 60 chips an lost every hand an not once did i ever have a chance at winning dealer always had higher cards app does have some decent deals on it but its not worth the empty chance of winning go on other cigar sites am you can find good deals without them dangling a carrot on a stick at you uninstalling

1 ★Updated. 29 rounds played so far, compared my cards to dealers card, and in all 29 rounds my cards had 0% chance to beat the dealer. Matching cards in descending order, dealer always had at least one card which was higher. Every time. Seems that the game is never up to the player's choices, your chances to win are always 0%

1 ★Don't waste your time you play 1,000 times you may win once unless you have time to waste just a scam to get reviews and most reviews are fake so people can get chips to play

4 ★I play every day. At least collect the points and play when you can. I have won cigars twice and $10 credit once. Two times I have had problems collecting. The latest wants to charge me full price. Not $1. I'm sure it will be resolved. But what do you want for free?
