1 ★My first review of the app was not particularly favorable. I was able to assist as a beta tester, however and can now endorse. It the UI is far better and the app in general is more stable. I have a Samsung Note 10 and the button on the stylus starts and stops recording. If I were not using the Note 10 I would use a cheap Bluetooth actuator that came with one of my selfie sticks. I'm very happy with bombbomb and the work they've done on this latest version.

5 ★They have always been responsive whenever I have had an issue. It's a great app for marketing and keeping track of marketing efforts. I have revised my original review to five stars because I have had great success with the support working out the bugs I've had

1 ★Maybe the iOS app is better but the Android app is unreliable. I use it to make videos for my clients and sometimes they'll disappear after they upload. it ends up wasting my time and sometimes business. The camera no longer switches while you're recording either. Too many issues to use as a daily mobile driver.

3 ★Flip camera feature on Android devices (extremely useful!) was taken away and still hasn't been added back. I actually use the mobile app a lot less now because of this. hope it comes back soon.

3 ★Gmail app seems to work most times and is very handy. The phone app is very frustrating, often encountering errors. Videos stuck in the queue etc. The app needs some urgent attention. Has brilliant potential

5 ★Thank you so much! I have been looking for an app to be able to send videos to my fiance who is stuck in the UK with Covid-19. He told me that he came alive when he saw my video which I can do from my phone so the possibilities are endless. I'm not sure that this was the intention for your app but It's made us both very happy during these difficult times. Thank you!!

1 ★Love the desktop version, hate the app. Always crashing, you film a video and either get stuck at 100% or finalizing.... 20 minutes later it's still there and for 1 min videos... disappointed.

1 ★this app crashes and fails to install CONSTANTLY. Nothing but issues. they keep rolling out updates, but nothing but issues. check out some of the other services before dropping big $$ on this service.

1 ★Constant Upload Failures. I cant even get 90 second videos to upload. Which mean I cant do video from my phone and have to use my laptop, which 100% defeats the purpose of this app. Complete BS from a 500$ service... VERY disappointed.

1 ★Somehow worse than the old one. The modern Camera has a super yellow tint, like an 80's film. Extremely noticeable in regular office lighting. The Legacy camera doesn't work on my Blackberry KeyOne without screwing up the aspect ratio.

2 ★Love Bombbomb, but this app is frustrating! It either works fine...or it freezes up on you when trying to film or simply won't upload your videos.
