ATTENTION: Only for use in participating Hercules laundry locations.Hercules CP Mobile is an iPhone/Android application providing the easiest and smartest complete laundry solution. This app allows you to pay for laundry cycles from your account by using Bluetooth to communicate with the washer or dryer.
Simply use Hercules CP Mobile to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history.
• Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process)
• Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine
• Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry.
For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.

1 ★Horrible execution. And this means that company itself isn't reliable. App worked fine for just one day, then it stopped retrieving information about money on account and doesn't allow to use machines or money. App is constantly saying that it is a bad connection even on WiFi and other apps work perfectly, at the same time it can retrieve information about money on account when you trying to refill it. It appears that app just traps your money.
3 ★It is convenient not to carry a separate card when I have my phone and I can reload with stored credit card. However, it would be most beneficial to know the status of all machines regardless of whether the application was used or someone use the card. The status of the machines is still not up to date nor is the time remaining.
1 ★Please do better with helping the app work properly. Has reset the app twice and was unable to get connected to the machines for drying my clothes . Update needed
1 ★It won't let me log in. It makes me type my cellphone number and then I get the message "Already registered". I had to make a whole new account to log in and then it started doing the same thing again . I even tried changing my password, restarting my phone, reinstalling the app. Now I have two accounts with money on it that I don't have access to.
2 ★Desperately needs an option to choose how many minutes/cycles to purchase for dryers instead of scanning or inputting the machine number over and over again for every 12 minutes needed. Without this feature, you waste 5 minutes just standing in front of each machine waiting for the app to connect and purchase each cycle separately. Saving favorite machines would also help.
1 ★After using it a few times could log on today. A screen kept popping up saying mobile phone number is missing. But there is no place to enter the mobile number. Tried reinstalling the app and logging in again, still the problem persisted. I have money in the account and i cant use it. Useless.
5 ★I like the idea of the app in relation to the machine. However, it runs much too slow. It needs to keep up with the time. Will rate 5- star when i see that change. 09/01/19 Update: I just found out today how to troubleshoot the app/machine connection. Put the phone in Airplane Mode to start the machine with the app...and it worked👌👍
1 ★This app is a piece of junk. For example, the ui is terrible, it won't let me enter my phone number, but instead pre-populates the input box with random digits as I try to type. Inaddition, this app requires access to all your media files, which is completely unnecessary. Whoever developed this garbage needs to learn how to code first.
1 ★Location never found. And it forces me to start the app ONLY with the location searching which has never worked. But it keeps forcing me to do this again and again and there is no out! Sometimes when it FINALLY realized location doesn't work and ask me to enter QR code. Then.." Incorrect parameters..." Can I say the F* word?!
3 ★The app needs an upgrade. I can't add more than 12 min on the dryer at one time. I only get a notification of the cycle ending on the dryer after the first 12 min and not the whole amount of time I added. I also was not able to link the physical card to my account so I can reload it via the app. Overall great concept but need to follow through on the user experience.
1 ★Worst ui, worst ux, doesn't work and doesn't say why, the help page is blank. Guys, please hire a developer, that's not acceptable
1 ★The app is always needing a "stronger signal to connect" these machines are in a basement so htf you making me go outside laundry room just to use the app. I am waiting on a check for a refund because they can't just credit my account. They took old ass washers and slapped a card reader on them. 2 out of 6 machines are broken. This wastes more of my time than throwing stuff in my car and driving to a laundromat would smdh
