This app is *not* intended as a battery-saver (except maybe tablets or other wifi-only devices) but rather to keep wifi's battery drain to a minimum.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
If a network you've connected to earlier is in range, WifiOpti automatically turns wifi on when your device is in use and turns it off when it's not.

How to install WifiOpti APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download WifiOpti APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
