Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★God awful on android
1 ★DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I had one of these bikes stolen from me in Rittenhouse during a BLM riot and not only did they refuse to do anything but read me a script when I called them they debited my bank account 1000 dollars! In every other major city I have used bike share services in, for example Denver and San Diego, the bikes come with their own locks. These federally funded geniuses don't provide locks and steal your money after using your tax dollars. What a load of bull.
1 ★yl is is
1 ★Garbage app, garbage service, garbage customer support. We need anotherbike share in Philadelphia to run this poorly run and maintained serviceout of business. Nothing works.
3 ★Annoying that you can't recover your account without your username which I don't know. Need to fix that virtually every other system allows email recovery access
4 ★Work well and information about the bike stations appears to be accurate. Really glad they added Indehero to the Android version.
4 ★Needs some work. Great to finally have an Indego-specific app, but it's clearly just a webapp ported over. Transitions are slow and sometimes clunky and the UI misbehaves frequently. I also can't find a map within the app, just a list of stations based on where I am right now. That's not very helpful for trip planning. Plus, when I click on a station, it just closes the list and stops. Thrilled to see this app come out, but I'll keep my fingers crossed for improvements!
3 ★This is a bare minimum of an app. Two most pressing updates needed: 1) Actual google maps bike directions baked in. 2)it should save login information so I don't have to keep entering it.
4 ★This is a greate start, but I have a few suggestions. 1) I brought the app up from the background to the foreground, but the data did not update. When I switched to List and back, the data did update. Maybe add a refresh option? 2) Add an option to show color-coded bike routes like the paper Philly Bike Map. 3) Add the ability to click on an empty station and select "I wanted a bike here". Similarly, add the ability to click a full station and select "I wanted to dock a bike here." These would be useful statistics for planning bike station capacity.
5 ★Great app. Wish there was an ability to create bike directions from station to station. Or an estimated travel time to other stations when you select the one nearest you.
5 ★Everything the webApp is but now in App version.
5 ★Indego the only way to go
