4 ★I love blackblaze as a backup service, but the app needs more features, currently feels very restrictive

5 ★Great that Backblaze works so well on mobile. App was unstable in previous version for me, but everything seems to work perfectly now. I've found it much more reliable than the Google Drive app. Only major missing feature is that you can't view file url's like in the web version, so it's trickier to share media links

1 ★Unethical billing practice. Let's say you paid for the year ahead of time but you do not want to autorenew anymore mid year. The only way to do that is to delete the backup, which means they pocket the money for the remaining of the service. This is obviously by design.

1 ★It doesn't even tell you how much data is in your buckets.

1 ★Where is the report type information for my account? Cap status, storage use, etc...

3 ★This app needs some work, doesn't even have the sizes for folders/buckets

3 ★The Search function is missing. It would be very helpful to be able to search the current folder and all those beneath it by a part of the name and to limit to files only, folders only, or both. The presentation is odd, mixing files and folders. An option to list all folders first and then all files, each group in alphabetical order would be welcome. The PC backup service is excellent!

2 ★I have a Pixel 6. This app only functions correctly when I allow notifications! If I turn them off, it just flashes the notification bar, whilst the app remains unresponsive.

1 ★This app will do NOTHING except let you look at your backed-up files. It will NOT help you order a restore, which is also impossible on both an Android and IPhone because their website is so wretchedly (non)optimized for a small screen that the "next" button is cut off even in horizontal mode. Laughable!
