2 ★So far I'm feeling pretty ripped off by this app. I bought a football price guide online two days ago and I have only been able to use it one time, only for a few minutes, despite trying to log into both the app and online numerous times. I keep getting messages like "server busy try again later" from the app and online it keeps saying the site is down for routine maintenance, and "Be back soon." When is soon? Very disappointed with this purchase. Won't happen again.
2 ★Great app...until it stops working, which is 3 or 4 times a day when it gets stuck in the "loading" screen after a search request. Just stick to the webpage cuz the constant freezes can get annoying really quick!
2 ★Very disappointed in the lack of sport cards pictures. With such a variety of of cards it would be nice to see what each special card looks like. If you won't do it please allow members to add their own pictures of the cards so others can see what they look like. Plus lack of listing of cards worth is disappointing 😞😞😞
3 ★Very slow. Stops working for a couple days. Updated then works for a bit then stops working. Purchased another monthly subscription to basketball (only because I forgot to cancel it) now its telling me I don't have any subscriptions.
1 ★App sucks. I searched for Gerrit Cole and it said 317 results available. Started down the list and it said loading. It pulled up minor league cards and said 170,000+ results. I only got to see about 20 cole cards. The thing is, it did this every time I tried it. I thought the app would be so much easier but I guess I was WRONG!!!!
1 ★I can no longer use the price guide. The reason why I spent over $40 to use the app. I've stopped the app and even reinstalled it. I pick the sport then pick the decade. After selecting the year it says "..can't find brand" when I try that field. Ridiculous.
1 ★Terrible navigation, vast majority of cards have no picture. Awful UI, can't believe people pay money for this garbage. Uninstalled because literally just googling the cards gave me far better results that didn't involve pages of "no photo available" with "price: $X" useless nonsense that helps absolutely nobody.
1 ★Why did I pay for this? I have multiple screenshots when the system was down. Literally almost every night. Some people are on different schedules and do this at 1AM. Do app updates. It's 2020 for Pete's sake! Now I can't even find out how to cancel my subscription. It says to do it in my phone settings. Well that is a crock. I want to cancel! Let me out of your prison or I will report you to BBB and my credit card company. You designed it this way on purpose.
1 ★I have subscription with this app for a long time now. This is the second time this has happened to me. I go to log on and it tells me I don't have a subscription even though I do. I write an email to Beckett the first time they told me they didn't have an account for me. This time I wrote them and still haven't heard back. It sucks you pay all this money and can't use this app to look up your cards. I'm about to cancel all 3 of my subscription with them it's really sad.
2 ★I'm shocked that the price you pay doesn't include all prices in sets such as inserts and autos on top of that I've been looking to turn off auto renew but have yet to find it love the magazine absolutely disappointed in app.
1 ★Non-stop crashing. Now app won't even open. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling. Cleared cashed and history. App price guide search has been partially broken for over a year.. reported it then and no change....now entire app is DOA w/ android 12. Hopefully someone will actually respond this time.
1 ★All I get after entering a search is a perpetual "loading, please wait." When it finally does something, it forgets what I was searching for and I have to try again. Un and reinstalled, no help. Just going to delete for good. Internet is easier.
