There are several reported problems with main BT / BT Smart implementation on Android 4.3, but it is not in our power to solve them. Please do not publish negative reviews for things they are not in our domain. Hopefully Android 4.4 will solve that problems.

How to install SenseView BT SensorTag Sensor APK on Android phone or tablet?
